A Gibbes Museum Wedding is one that I always look forward too. The museum has the perfect touch of vintage flare and modern galleries to take photos in. Can you imagine having your ceremony in the Rotunda room? It is such a stunning spot for it!

After their ceremony and before the reception, I took some portraits of Hugh and Sarah throughout some of the galleries and in the reception space at the back garden. It was hotter than hell on this late August day, but not one that stopped us from having a good time!

To say the floral set up was incredible would also be an understatement! Stunning and Brilliant Events, and Tupelo Honey Flower Shop put together a look that was so spectacular. They captured exactly what the couple envisioned with inclusion of soft color.

My favorite part of this day was the car rental from Whip Dash Charleston! I’m a sucker for a retro car vibe, and it was so fun to have Sarah and Hugh pose for some photos before entering back into their reception.
