Last month I got to photograph Alli and Andy for their folly Beach engagement photos! Since living in Charleston, I’ve been wanting to get some beach sessions in a new area, and this was the perfect spot for it. Alli and Andy are the perfect people for a quiet fall engagement session on the beach.

About the Town

There is so much to do here, especially in the summer months! Fishing, boating, surfing, shopping – the list goes on. The local Folly Beach website also always has postings about current events and things going on in the area! The main reason I love it, is because I have some family here. So it’s always nice to come into town and spend time with them.

Folly Beach Engagement Photo Spots

When I was location scouting in the area, I found some of the cutest spots around this little beach town! Folly Beach County Park is located at the south end of the area, and has the most gorgeous dunes for a beach engagement. On the Northern end of the island is the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve. This little spot is so adorable and gives all the coastal vibes! Going into the town of Folly makes for some cute beach loving photos as well, especially if the area is close to your heart.
